This privacy policy describes how the Champaign Family Pharmacy website at www.champaignrx.com (the "Site") handles information. The Site is operated by Champaign Family Pharmacy, 14726 Champaign Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101.
The short version: this Site does not ask you for any personal information. There are no forms, no user accounts, no cookies set by us, and no advertising or analytics trackers. Refills, transfers, and all pharmacy business happen by phone or in person — not through this website.
Information we collect through the Site

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Third-party content on the Site
