What do I need to transfer my prescriptions?
The name of your current pharmacy and a list of your medications. Your prescription bottles work fine. If you are new to us, have your insurance card handy too.
Do I need to call my old pharmacy first?
No. We contact your old pharmacy and your doctor for you and handle the paperwork.
What if I am out of refills?
We contact your doctor and request a new prescription for you. If a medication cannot be transferred by law, we ask your doctor for a new prescription instead.
Can I refill a prescription at a different pharmacy?
Yes, as long as the prescription is transferred first. Call (313) 382-0000 and we move it for you.
Can my prescriptions be delivered after I transfer?
Yes. Once your prescriptions are with us, you can pick them up or have them delivered free to your door.
